Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in the original packaging
- You must have proof of purchase (order ID or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or damaged products (not due to our error)
- Items without original packaging
- Clearance or final sale items
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refund will be issued to:
- Original payment method (for prepaid orders)
- Bank transfer (for Cash on Delivery orders)
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your bank or payment provider
- If still not received, contact us
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange, contact us with proof (photos/video).
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
After that, cancellation may not be possible as the order may already be processed.
